Fine Line
A Two-Day Workshop · July 25 & 26

Walk out with your own AI assistant that knows your business, and actually works for you.

This is not a class on how to use AI. Over two days we build your assistant with you, in the room, until it knows your business and starts carrying real work off your plate. No tech background needed.

In plain terms

An AI assistant is just a smart helper on your computer, a personal assistant if you will. Yours will know your individual business, so it can answer messages, prep your day, and keep you organized.

Who it's for

Solo and small salon & spa owners.

You own a salon or spa, or you are the solo esthetician, stylist, or lash artist who is also the receptionist, the bookkeeper, and the marketing team. You are great at your craft and stretched thin on everything else. You don't need to understand how AI works. You need it working for you.

The part that makes it work

First, we build you a Business Blueprint Builder.

Most people poke at AI, get something generic, and give up. They never get past what do I even type. This is the opposite, and the Business Blueprint Builder is the reason.

Think of a builder you would hire. You do not pick up the tools yourself. You tell them what you want, and they build it for you. This is exactly that. It sits you down and asks about your business, one easy question at a time, and writes the whole thing down for you: who your ideal client is, how your business sounds, your services, your policies, your story.

You just talk about the work you already know cold. No forms, no blank screen, no figuring it out by yourself.

It builds; you talk. That is the whole deal.

Yours to keep

What it builds is worth the workshop on its own. Your ideal client, your brand voice, the kind of clarity owners pay consultants thousands for, and yours to keep. Once you have it, everything gets easier: your marketing, your posts, the way you talk about what you do.

Why yours works

A regular AI guesses. Yours won't.

Here is the whole thing, in three steps.

1

The Builder interviews you

You talk. It asks all the right questions and writes down everything that makes your business yours. You never have to know what comes next, it does.

2

It builds your Blueprint

Your ideal client, your brand voice, your services, your policies, your story. Your whole business, finally in one place.

3

Your assistant runs on it

Now it does not guess. It answers like someone who has worked your front desk for years, because the Blueprint already taught it everything.

An assistant is only ever as good as what it knows. So first, we make sure yours knows everything.

The two days

Mostly, it feels like talking about your business.

Day One, build the brain

Almost no tech, mostly conversation. You will be surprised how much you can say about your own business once something is asking you the right questions. By the end of the day, the foundation is built.

That evening, a little homework

One or two pieces, done at home where you can think. And yes, you just talk your way through it. We show you exactly how before you leave, so it feels easy, not scary.

Day Two, it comes alive

You finish the picture, then watch your assistant do something for you for the very first time. That is the moment everyone came for.

What you keep

At the end of two days, here is what's yours.

1

An assistant that knows your business

Your services, prices, policies, and how you sound, already in its head. You never have to re-explain yourself again.

2

Your Business Blueprint

Your ideal client and brand voice, on paper, yours to keep. The clarity that makes everything else sharper.

3

A morning brief, daily

Your whole day at a glance: what is on the calendar, what needs a reply, what to stay on top of, waiting before you even ask.

4

Connected to email and calendar

So it does not just answer questions, it does things for you, like real help that already knows your whole business.

5

The know-how to keep it going

As your business grows or changes, you will know how to keep your assistant current. It grows right alongside you.

6

A follow-up group call, included

A few days later, once you have lived with your assistant, we tie off any loose ends together. You are never left figuring it out alone.

Ready to see if it's a fit?

Request your spot and you'll answer a few quick questions, then run a short two-minute check that your computer can run it. No payment yet, just making sure it's the right fit. If it is, we send your booking link.

If you remember one thing

"It builds; you talk. You bring your voice and what you know about your own business by heart. We bring everything else."

You cannot break anything, and there are no dumb questions. You talk for a living, so this plays to your strength, not your nerves.

Your hosts

Two owners who have been in your shoes.

Master Esthetician · Fine Line

Owner of Fine Line, with a deep background in clinical skincare and aesthetic education. She builds the systems that let a service business run without the owner doing everything by hand.

Why we're doing this

It started with the two of us.

This is the first time we are opening this up. It began with Alice sitting down and building the whole thing with me, for my own business.

"It changed how I run Fine Line, the messages, the schedule, the mental load I used to carry alone. Once I saw what it did for me, I kept thinking about how many owners I know who are stretched just as thin. So we are teaching it together, the exact way Alice taught me."

What to bring, and what we set up with you.

A few things that need to be true

What you bring

  • A laptop, Windows or Mac, not a phone or tablet, that can run the software. We check your exact computer with you before you commit, so you are never guessing.
  • Basic computer comfort: logging into email, downloading a file and finding it, copy and paste. That is it.
  • Your service list and policies, even rough notes are fine. We send a short video on getting them ready.
  • A can-do attitude, and a willingness to do a little homework between the two days.
And the rest, we handle together

What we set up

  • The accounts and apps: your Claude subscription, the voice tool, the whole setup, on a simple prep list with step-by-step help before day one.
  • It is not a pop quiz. We do not hand you a list and wish you luck, we walk you through every piece so you arrive ready.
  • Every build, demo, and fix happens in the room. You are never the one expected to figure out the hard part.

Because it is hands-on and in person, there is a quick friendly check beforehand to make sure a live group is the right fit. If one-on-one would serve you better, we will happily point you there. It is about fit, not whether you are techy enough.

Questions

Good things to ask first.

Do I need to be techy?
No. This is built for owners, not tech people, in plain language. If you can find a download, copy and paste, and follow written steps, you are ready. We do the building with you, in the room.

What if my computer cannot run it?
That is what the quick fit check is for. You run a two minute compatibility check before you book, so there are no surprises on the day. If it is not a fit, there is a one-on-one option that may suit you better.

What is the Claude plan, and what does it cost?
Claude is the AI we build your assistant on. It runs on a paid plan, about $100 a month, and you only need the top tier for the setup month, then you can drop down.

What do I actually leave with?
A working AI assistant set up around your real business, connected to your email and calendar, plus your ideal client profile and brand voice in writing, and the know how to keep building. Not notes. A finished thing that keeps saving you time.

Is it really only six seats?
Yes, on purpose. A small room means every owner gets hands-on time and leaves with a finished assistant, not a seat in the back of a lecture.

The room

Six seats. Hands-on. At Fine Line.

If this sounds like you, request your spot and we will send the details and walk you through the next steps. No pressure, just a conversation about whether it is the right fit.
